No pressure. No egos. Just powerful movement that works.

What is PiYo?
It’s a mix of Pilates and Yoga, but not in the way you might think.
👉 It’s low-impact but seriously effective
👉 It builds strength without beating up your joints
👉 It improves mobility, balance + flexibility
👉 And it leaves you feeling energised, clear-headed, and strong from the inside out
You don’t have to be flexible. You don’t have to be fit. You just have to show up.
I’ve designed these sessions to support you — whether you’re restarting your fitness journey, cross-training, or just want to feel better in your own body again.
You’ll leave class feeling taller, stronger, and like a better version of yourself.
It’s strength training, mobility, and a mental reset — all in one.
