Body workout with Kamila, Tuesdays 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm. Mix of aerobics, pilates, yoga, body pump and cardio suitable for very beginners to improved and advanced. "Join us, have fun and enjoy being part of our community full of support and motivation." Everyone welcome! These are non-profit classes. Enter is £3 for cover the costs.
