Upper back and neck problems can be helped by using different breathing techniques.

We breathe approximately 22,000 times a day! Using lots of different muscles around the neck, upper back, abdominals and back muscles we have a set sequence of movement that helps us breathe.

Breathing happens automatically AND we can influence how we breathe with exercise, stress or just by thinking about it.

If you're struggling with upper back pain or neck ache, or have asthma, this workshops will help you understand the mechanics and try different patterns to relieve the aches.
