Retrofitting Homes - a talk by Alice Grant of SY Ecofit

SY Ecofit is a Sheffield-based social enterprise that delivers decarbonisation projects across South Yorkshire. These involve retrofitting homes and heritage buildings as well as community energy projects such as decarbonising Sheffield dairy farm Our Cow Molly. Retrofit Project Architect Alice Grant will explain the practicalities, benefits and costs of retrofits – decarbonisation of homes - and talk about measures people can undertake themselves, when and how to get professionals in – and talk about some of SY Ecofit’s work across Nether Edge and Sharrow’s housing stock. Alice will be happy to answer questions and hopefully inspire attendees to take action!
