This workshop will help participants develop an awareness of stress and its effects on performance in the workplace, as well as on a personal level.
𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙝𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙡𝙮 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 3.5 𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙣𝙫𝙤𝙡𝙫𝙚𝙨:
• Learning about the physical and psychological impacts of the stress
• Recognising personal stress signals
• Developing personal coping resources to manage stress more effectively
• Learning new stress management skills.
𝘼𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙛𝙖𝙘𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧
This workshop has been developed and is facilitated by WACRH’s Mental Health Academic Chantal Crinquand-Bachere who has extensive experience in facilitating mental health workshops and comes from a background of mental health nursing and counselling.
𝙒𝙝𝙮 𝙙𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙥?
The Australian Bureau of Statistics reports that 1 in 3 adults suffer from moderate to extreme levels of stress, and workplace stress is now costing Australian employers more than $10 billion per year.
Employers are encouraged to support their employees to attend this workshop.
Group/workplace sessions can also be arranged.
