Slow your Sunday down with a long Yin practice.

In these seasonal workshops we use the physical practice of yin yoga to help influence the flow of chi through the meridians in the body. Yin yoga is a slow, quiet practice that incorporates longer held postures. Props are offered to assist in finding mild to moderate sensation, and to create space to let go physically, emotionally, and energetically.
