If you have never attended a Restorative Yoga class, you are in for a real treat. Monday’s at 7pm. Whether you are a multi-sport athlete, multi-discipline fitness junkie, a beginner, or just looking for reprieve from anxiety, there is a place for you in a YIN & Restorative Yoga style practice. Taking on a consistent restorative yoga practice within your current fitness and health routine has tremendous benefits in alignment & realignment, stress reduction, weight loss, and mobility.

Restorative Yoga is a not heated.

It is a gentle, relaxing, deep releasing & meditative style of Yoga class incorporating bolsters, straps, blocks, blankets and other props for longer held poses inspired by BKS Iyengar, Judith Lasater, and many others who devote themselves to a quieter journey. This class focuses on releasing neck, shoulders, and hips tension while reducing overall physical and mental stress. The practice often includes breathing technique threaded into the postures, guided meditation, and Yoga Nidra techniques to assist in a more calmer experience.
