Memory Café: Color Our World

The "Memory Café" is a social gathering for individuals living with dementia and their care partners. It's a place to have fun, share experiences and stay socially connected. This month we're celebrating our Summer Reading theme, "Color Our World." We'll enjoy connections made through music, movement, crafts and conversation. Light refreshments served.

The program is not a form of respite care or a support group. Each participant experiencing dementia must be accompanied by a personal care partner during the program. Care partners are expected to participate.
