Whitley Carnival will see 1000’s of people coming together on Sunday 20th July to celebrate Whitley through the creation of amazing costumes, exciting parade performances, music and giant puppets. This year's theme is Our Beautiful World.
Whitley Carnival is produced by Aspire2 in partnership with Whitley Community Development Association and supported by Arts Council England and the Earley Charity.
