Each session will weave in techniques such as gentle humming, a melodic reminder that it is safe to release the tensions of mind, body, and heart. This is accompanied by a series of neck and shoulder stretches, movements, and gentle strengthening exercises that embrace the entire shoulder girdle.

Guided by a trauma-informed instructor, this experience acknowledges that as the physical form finds release, so too can our emotions. Expect hands-on support and delightful sprinkles of sound healing throughout the class.
