This is a low impact workout class inspired by ballet positions, yoga, and physical therapy exercises to build lean, deep muscle tissue for strength and function. Moves will target your whole body and can be modified for more or less challenge, depending on what your body needs each day. It is safe for all ages and bodies, and at any stage of pregnancy – modifications accommodate body needs from injury, surgery, and/or pregnancy. The workout is set to music for a fun and supportive atmosphere.

Kids and babies are welcome in class, but there is no specific childcare attendant.
