As you arrive you will set up a cozy spot for yourself accompanied by the yoga props you may need, as you settle in you’ll be offered an oracle card reading before we begin the opening cacao ceremony to connect with our hearts wisdom, set intentions and offer up any prayers before the Soundbath.
During the soundbath, there will be a short optional restorative yoga sequence to follow along with, essential oils and hands on Reiki provided by our beloved Dara Lamance

*Please wear comfy lounge clothes and bring a yoga mat.. I have a few extra mats available when needed.
