ABOUT THE FILM
PTSD911 is a compelling documentary that delves into the mental health challenges faced by America's first responders—including firefighters, police officers, paramedics, and 911 dispatchers. Directed by Conrad Weaver, the film presents candid interviews and personal narratives that reveal the profound psychological toll of repeated exposure to trauma and high-stress situations. It highlights the stigma surrounding mental health within emergency services, the barriers to seeking help, and the systemic changes needed to support those who serve. By featuring expert insights and stories of resilience, PTSD911 aims to foster understanding, encourage open dialogue, and advocate for accessible mental health care for first responders.
