It’s a brand-new, 3-part in-person workshop series… and it’s the most me thing I’ve ever created.
It’s called Play It Forward, and it’s all about using PLAY — the real, goofy, embodied kind — to come back home to yourself.
These workshops are:
🫠 Silly and soulful
🎨 Expressive, embodied, and sometimes absurd
💥 Designed for adults who are craving real fun, real connection, and a break from all the pressure to be “good” or “productive” all the time
You can come to one. You can come to all three. You can wear a cape.

$15–$60 per workshop (suggested $30). No one turned away due to lack of funds.
