Great American 4th of July Fireworks at Arena Park

Celebrate our nation's birthday with a spectacular fireworks show and tribute to our country and its veterans featuring music and entertainment, food trucks, speeches from local dignitaries and more!

Lawn chairs are welcome and parking is available throughout the park. Tune in to 960 KZIM and 1400 KSIM to listen to the night's events. At 8:45 p.m., tune into any River Radio station for patriotic music and a countdown to the fireworks display.

7:00 PM: Arena Park opens for tailgating.
7:30 PM: Patriotic music by Cape Girardeau Municipal Band.
8:00 PM: Southeast Missourian Spirit of America Award and remarks from Southeast Missourian and city dignitaries.
8:45 PM (or when dark): Fireworks at Arena Park
