June Alameda Story Slam Fri. 6/27

Storytelling builds community! The Alameda Story Slam is a monthly open mic storytelling event. Each month has a different theme and featured storyteller. Our June theme is “TURNING THE TABLES” with Featured Storyteller Harriett Jernigan, Friday June 27th at 7:30 pm. Attendees can put their name in the hat for a chance to tell a 5-minute true personal story based on the theme, or just listen & enjoy! LOCATION: Alameda Elks Lodge, 2255 Santa Clara Ave, Alameda, CA 94501, 7:30 - 9:30 pm. Free soft drinks & light snacks available. Suggested Donation: $20 at the door. COME JOIN US!
