Marshalltown Community Band Summer Music Series

The Marshalltown Community Band is marching it's way back down to the 13th Street District for the Summer of 2025!

Join band leader Brett Umthun with Marshalltown's musically talented citizens for a delightful evening activity in West End Park!
Enjoy an hour of toe tapping tunes by bringing a lawn chair or picnic blanket out for the performances!

No cost to enter - open to the public. June 5, 12, 19, 26 and July 10 and 24th will be located in the West End Park location.

There will be 2 special performances held on July 4th with the evening July 4th Community Celebrations at the 6th Street Softball Complex at 7:00 PM and then the July 17th performance will be hosted at Oakview Nursing Home at 6:30 PM. You will be sure not to miss our last performance on July 24th with the bands annual Christmas in July theme!
