StrollerFit is back! Founded in 2019, this dynamic fitness class invites moms to bring their little ones and join in on a fun, effective workout. Whether your babe stays in the stroller or joins you for some exercises, you can expect to break a sweat in just 40-45 minutes!
Our workouts incorporate a variety of equipment, including weights, benches, and resistance bands, ensuring a challenging and engaging session for everyone.
Strollers are optional :) We encourage to bring some toys and snacks for the kiddos!
