NEW FOR 2025! Are you ready to join the S'WET squad this summer at the Wyomissing Pool?? The address is 901 Evans Ave, Wyomissing, PA 19610.
S'WET is Structured Water Exercise Training designed to incorporate unique blocks focused on H.I.I.T., strength and advanced cardio training, plus a splash of FUN, that will challenge your entire body and make you S'WET. Modifications can be offered to make all participants feel successful!
Classes will be held on Wednesday's at the Wyomissing Pool at 6:00 pm. The cost for members is $11 per class. (You can pay with cash or card for this class.) This is an outdoor class that is weather dependent. Wear your bathing suit and water shoes are strongly recommended. Bring a water bottle! Plan to arrive a few minutes early to allow time for street parking in the neighborhood and a short walk to the pool. (There is a small parking lot, but if full, there is plenty of street parking.)
