About Your Instructor:
Izzy Nalley, MBA, is a Yoga Therapist with over a decade of experience teaching yoga and meditation. She holds a degree in Exercise Science, certifications in Sports Medicine and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and is currently completing her PhD in Metaphysics. Izzy combines compassionate fitness with emotional intelligence and energy work to create a deeply healing and empowering experience. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening your existing practice, Izzy offers a safe, welcoming space to reconnect with your body and breath.
