Thursday drop-in (11am - 1pm)

We're pleased to offer drop-in meditation and Buddhism taster sessions. Simply show up at the centre on any Thursday morning, and you will be offered the tools you need to generate more positive mental and emotional states.

The morning starts at 11am with a guided meditation session, followed by a social space (with tea and biscuits) between 12pm and 12:30pm, and ends with an introduction to the Buddha's teachings from 12:30pm to 1pm.

There is no need to book, and you can come to either or both sessions, whichever best suits your interests.

The morning is free of charge, but we welcome donations for the centre's upkeep.
