Saturday drop-in (10am - 12:30pm)

We're pleased to offer drop-in meditation and Buddhism taster sessions. Simply show up at the centre on any Saturday morning, and you will be offered the tools you need to generate more positive mental and emotional states.
The morning starts at 10am with a guided meditation session, followed by a social space (with tea and biscuits) between 11am and 11:30am, and ends with an introduction to the Buddha's teachings from 11:30am to 12:30pm.
There is no need to book, and you can come to either or both sessions, whichever best suits your interests.
The morning is free of charge, but we welcome donations for the centre's upkeep.
