Want to practice or learn the art of Qi Gong and Meditation? Come and join one of our classes near you.

We offer a warm and welcoming space for people of all ages and abilities to come and experience the peace and tranquility of these beautiful exercises.

What is Qi Gong?

Qi Gong is a gentle moving and breathing exercise that helps us to stimulate the nervous system, calm down our minds, and bring peace and harmony back into our lives. It is also effective at speeding up our recovery and boosting our immune system. And the best thing about Qi Gong and meditation is that it can be done by people of all abilities. Meaning if you are currently injured, or living with a disability, you can come along and experience its benefits too :)

The second half of our session will be done with a peaceful guided meditation, allowing us to sink deeper into relaxation and cultivate inner peace, which can be done on a cushion or sitting on a chair.

We currently have a class every Tuesday at 6.30pm and Wednesday at 9.30am.
