Whether you're a dedicated regular or just fancy dropping in now and then, this class is designed to support your health, aid rehabilitation, and maintain physical and mental balance.
Our focus is on Qigong – a powerful, meditative movement practice that beautifully complements yoga. Each practice brings something unique, and together they help you get the most out of both disciplines.
✨ Want to deepen your yoga? Practise qigong.
✨ Want better results in tai chi? Yoga is key.
This is a Magic Hat class – pay what you like, or nothing at all. Donations to cover room hire appreciated!
