In this 60-minute mindfulness session led by Sherry Baublitz of Lehigh Valley Health Network, we will experience mindfulness meditation, have an opportunity to share our experiences, and learn ways to bring mindfulness into our daily lives to help boost cognitive skills, reduce stress, and emphasize wellness.
