Meditation can enhance every aspect of your life. As we connect to our breath in a mindful manner, you develop and deepen the awareness of self! You will begin to explore mindful alignment and access self healing capacities within you. We will practice mindfulness each week, inspired by recent travels to Plum Village. No previous experience in meditation is necessary. We welcome both beginners and experienced meditators!
