Main Library, Second Floor
Each week, youth will explore fun and interactive topics like
building resiliency, practicing mindfulness, self-care, and learning
simple breathing strategies. Sessions are designed to be age appropriate and engaging, with hands-on activities, crafts, and take home materials available for parents/caregivers. No registration
necessary.
