40 hour Arrest & Control Instructor

This is an Arrest and Control instructor course focused on controlling an unarmed, combative suspect using a variety of force options. This course is designed for students who will be teaching Arrest and Control curriculum. The course covers Use of Force law and policy, Tactical De-escalation techniques, handcuffing techniques, control holds, takedowns, ground control techniques, strikes, kicks, weapon retention, and extensive training in teaching methodologies. This course includes the updated 835a PC content.
