Whether you're new to running or just need a little motivation, now is the perfect time to join! Our Summer Running Program has been adjusted to a 6-week format, and with a reduced price, it's more accessible than ever. The program kicks off July 1, giving you time to commit to building strength, stamina, and confidence.

Led by experienced distance runner Abby Clester—a four-time marathoner and two-time ultra-marathoner—this supportive group program includes both run-walk training and strength training, helping you develop the muscles and mechanics needed to become a strong, injury-resistant runner. The goal? To help you comfortably complete a 5K by the end of the 6 weeks.
