Vinyasa with Audrey Grace

Every Tuesday and Thursday join Audrey Grace from 8:00-9:00 for a morning Vinyasa class designed to warm you up and get your day moving. This class moves at a more flowing pace and slightly more advanced postures and vinyasas (sequences linking one pose to the next) than gentle vinyasa. Main focus on connecting your breath to your movements, one breath to one movement. New postures are introduced that are precursors to intermediate postures so you can start building muscle memory and continued body awareness as you move into different shapes. Teacher may walk around the room offering verbal cues or hands-on adjustments, with approval. This class can be an excellent way to stretch and strengthen your body, as well as calm and focus your mind.
