In class, each ticket holder will receive a whole batch of chilled pretzel dough to learn how to portion, roll and twist into pretzels. We’ll make traditional twists as well as unusual twists and your creations. You will take a whole tray of pretzels in their first rise home to boil and bake. (You may wish to freeze them and bake them at a future date and time!) The in-class demo will cover: How to make spent grain pretzel dough using the Grainbakers method and How to make hot cheddar cheese pub dip for your pretzels
