RISE & GRIND with ROCovery!

An early morning class where ANYTHING can happen—Any workout can be on the agenda:

• Power lifting
• Kettlebell
• Boxing
• Runs (with PT breaks)
• Stair and hill repeats at Maplewood Park
• AND MUCH MORE!

Show up and find out what the workout is—It’ll be a surprise every time. But one thing that's guaranteed; you WILL get an early morning kickstart to your day!

Led by Joe P and Jon W, alternating weeks, but guest instructors could also show up without warning… some REAL OG’s!

This event is for individuals who are 18 years or older.
