Beginner Lap Swim Stroke Mechanics Clinic (Wed/Fri classes avail.)

Beginner Lap Swim Stroke Mechanics Clinic is designed for swimmers who want to develop their stroke mechanics, refine their knowledge, and improve their skills. This program is for ages 7 and up (unless approved by instructor.)

Beginner Stroke Mechanics is offered on Wednesdays and Fridays from 6-7 p.m.
June 11-18, 2025
Cost: $250 (includes 6 sessions, 1 per week)

All participants:

-Must be water-safe (able to float, save themselves, and exit pool.)

-Must be able to swim across the length of the pool.

-Must know rotational breathing techniques.

-Must have a working knowledge of breast stroke and butterfly stroke.
