The workshop is given by Lobsang Yeshema, Budhist practitioner, teacher and service in Paramita centre.
Hello everyone ! We offer these workshops with the intention of introducing people to the main themes discussed in Tibetan Buddhist Philosophy. It is intended for those in search of profound and lasting happiness as well as keys to living everyday life with greater serenity.
June 16th : Calm abiding meditation
June 30th : Overcoming stress and anxiety
July 7th : Dealing with anger
July 21st: How to overcome attachment
August 4th : Finding happiness by letting go
August 18th : Cultivating love and compassion
