Once each month, we set the stage at 𝐂𝐄𝐋𝐄𝐁𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐂𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐑𝐄 (Borrowdale) to meet and fellowship as MEN. 😁

The aim of these meetings (workout sessions) is for MEN of all ages and walks of life to:

1. Grow in their understanding of manhood principles to live by. 🙏🏽

2. Connect with fellow MEN. 🤼‍♂

Each meeting has a specific topic of focus.
