Start your day with intention, movement, and calm. We’re delighted to invite our members to a special morning Hatha Yoga series led by the wonderful Catherine O’Donohoe – a certified yoga teacher and somatic exercise coach with a deep passion for mindful, inclusive practice.
� Catherine’s early morning classes are grounding and energising, helping to create balance in both body and mind. With a focus on breath, alignment, and gentle movement, these sessions are designed to awaken you slowly and support a centred, clear start to your day.

• Wednesday 2nd July
• Wednesday 9th July
