Attention Southern California CERTs!
PLEASE place October 4, all day, on your calendar, in hope that you can attend an all-day CERT training exercise event at the AV Fairgrounds.
The Antrlope Valley CERT Organization is hosting a multi agency event and we are expecting CERT trained individuals from all over Los Angeles and some surrounding counties to attend.
Our team will need to be at the Fairgrounds by 6:30 AM and the event is scheduled to start at 8:00 am and to conclude by 5 PM.
Our board of directors VP, Capt. Scott Polgar's (Retired LACoFD) last large scale event like this took place at the Pomona Fairgrounds and there were over 400 student attendees!
This is going to be an all-hands on event and we will put our best foot forward.
