Our Beginners Pilates program is designed to help you build a strong foundation in the Pilates method. We will break down the moves based on the classical exercises developed by Joseph Pilates over 100 years ago.

Jennifer will take you through the Alignment, Breathing and Centring techniques that help us connect to our deep stabilising muscles. You'll learn how to move with the Pilates principles of Centering, Concentration, Control, Precision, Breath, and Flow that make Pilates a fitness experience for both the body and mind.

Our Next 8 week block starts on Monday the 12th May (£84, Concessions £80).
