Beginners Garment Construction Course - 5 evenings 6pm - 8.30pm

If you are interested in learning to sew clothes but don’t know where to start this is the course for you.
In the 5 weeks you will learn how to use a machine and basic sewing techniques while making a sample/toile (practice garment).
You don’t need to have any equipment or a machine.
If you do have a machine and you want to learn how to use it you are welcome to bring it along.

On this course you will learn how to:
Thread a machine
Fill a bobbin
Use different functions of the machine
Use a pattern
Mark and cut fabric
Sew and finish seams
Insert a Zip
Sew Darts
Attach a facing
