Dinner, Drinks and Games - The Cape of Good Hope

A lot of us are unlikely to be a stranger to the Cape of Good Hope, it's a popular pub on the St Clements roundabout that specialise in burgers with a decent amount of vegan options too (as well as a few pub classics). While the downstairs area can get a little raucous I have managed to secure us the upstairs function room (entrance around the right hand side of the pub through the small door). This is a much more chilled out area with big tables that's perfect for games (likely why it's so popular with the Oxford On Board gaming group on Mondays).
Those who fancy a bite to eat usually start arriving from 6:45 - 7:30pm, during which there are a selection of small quick games available to play. At 7:30pm we often then split into groups to play games that last between 1-2 hours.
If you're new to the group don't be shy! We're a very welcoming bunch and will get you meeting new people and playing games in no time. Don't be afraid to bring your own games along too, we're always excited to try something new.
