We will tie on new strands, create our own anklets, share knowledge from our path on and through womanhood within our sister circle, release love, openness and abundance throughout our bodies! Improve flexibility and range of motion.
Reduce stress and emotional release.
Enhance self-expression and creativity.
Create A deeper connection to one's own sensuality (which is about engaging the senses, not necessarily explicitly sexual).
