Jazz Nights @ The Battery - Wade Tarling Trio

Join us for a special evening of candlelit jazz, presented by Jacob Slous. Jacob invites talented jazz artists from here and away to perform at the cafe every Friday 7-9pm, serving up a variety of Jazz standards, new and old. It's a beautiful evening, don't miss it!

This week, Wade Tarling's new jazz accordion trio "Squeeze The Day" makes their Battery Cafe debut! Featuring Brendan Fitzpatrick (guitar) and Heidi Burns (drums), and drawing inspiration from the sounds of Django Reinhardt, Adrien Chevalier, and the vibrant streets of Paris, Squeeze The Day delivers a playful yet sophisticated performance that blends gypsy swing, bebop, and vintage charm into one unforgettable performance.

Our max capacity is 35 so larger groups (>3 people) should purchase tickets well ahead of time. Walk-ins may be available on the day of the show - please drop in or call 709-722-9167 to confirm.

Our Kitchen closes at 4:00pm, but snacks and baked treats are available till 9:00.

Please arrive at least 15 mins early to get seated and avoid the rush. Groups of 3 or more will be assigned a table; free seating for singles and couples.
