Open sparring MMA and Boxing

Open sparring at So Ill Syndicate from 10am to 1pm. All disciplines are welcome, mma and boxing. The day pass fee is $10. No extra fees if you are already enrolled with either the Syndicate Gym or with Pharaoh Boxing.
