Get ready for 90 minutes of movement, fun, and recovery in this unique all-levels workshop! Each session begins with a 10-minute warm-up to get your body moving, followed by 60 minutes of open pickleball play—perfect for honing your skills, enjoying some friendly competition, or simply having fun on the court. We’ll wrap up with a relaxing guided yoga cool-down flow to support muscle recovery, improve flexibility, and leave you feeling refreshed and recharged.
