Join Matt and Wendy for a casual friendly, inclusive run.
Matt & Wendy will take you through a dynamic warmup to reduce injury risk and ensure everyone is ready to run. We will then either run in small groups taking in the beautiful River Thames and surrounding area or have some fun with mixed ability workouts like bridge to bridge intervals, relays and more.
All abilities welcome so whether this is your 1st run ever (we love sharing these with people the most) or you are a seasoned runner there are challenges for everyone.

Sunday session are about learning the fundamental movements and exercises to improve running economy, endurance, strength and resilience in addition to pushing yourself harder than you would normally to improve you overall fitness and speed.
