Once a month, Black Knight Games will be hosting Gals & Pals as a space for women and the 2SLGBTQ+ community to come play (and learn about) miniature games!
BKG understands that historically, gaming spaces have often been male-dominated, making it difficult for women and folks from the queer community to fully engage in hobbies they may be interested in. We're aiming to create a welcoming, supportive and safe environment to try new games, share your passion for ones you already play, and connect with like-minded individuals.
Every month we'll have a miniature game to teach, a paint table for hobby activities, and open gaming spaces for whatever you want to bring along and play! If you're new to the hobby and just want to come check things out and learn, we want to encourage that! You don't need to bring anything with you to come and hang out.
This event will take place after the game hall closes to ensure a quiet and welcoming environment for everyone involved.
Allies are always welcome to participate, but we hope that they can help us work towards our goal of equity and representation in the gaming culture.
