Sunset Sunday Beach Circle

Join us for a soul-nourishing evening of connection, reflection, and natural beauty. As the sun dips below the horizon, we’ll gather in a circle on the beach to welcome in a new month and prepare for the week ahead.

July's circle will include cooling breathwork, a soulful slow flow yoga practice, savasana with singing bowls and a celestial elixir (alcohol free).

Please bring:
A towel
Beach mat or sheet
Yoga mat (optional)
Water
Bugspray
Sunglasses/Hat
Extra Layers
Anything to make you comfy!
