June Instructor: Ping Harbeant has been practicing and teaching Yoga for nearly 20 years, focusing on Kundalini yoga and meditation. Growing up in China and receiving her education at the oldest university there, she has a unique background that bridges the east and the west, the modern and the ancient, the creative and the scientific. This outlook enables her to convey ancient teachings in a relevant and grounded way, creating breakthroughs for her students. She currently lives and teaches in Saratoga Springs, NY.
