Longview Animal Care and Adoption Center in partnership with Longview PAWS is continuing our efforts to provide FREE MICROCHIPS to pets in our community. And this time, we get some help from our friends at Toyota of Longview!!
The 4th of July is coming up!! Did you know July 5th is the busiest day for animal shelters due to the increase in fireworks? Join us SATURDAY JUNE 28TH from 10 AM to 2 PM as our team POPS UP again to offer free microchips to family pets. This continued initiative aims to increase the likelihood of reuniting lost pets with their owners. Bring your dog or cat/s out for a quick pop in to ensure they are properly microchipped. Promotion is limited to 2 animals per owner.
Also, exciting announcement, JUNE 28TH is officially MICROCHIPPING DAY in the City of Longview and to celebrate we will be unveiling our FIRST COMMUNITY MICROCHIP SCANNER. 1st in EAST TEXAS, this community microchip scanner will be available for public use at Toyota of Longview allowing 24/7 access. This scanner will greatly increase chances that a found animal may quickly be reunited with their owner. Join us for this special unveiling AND raffles will be announced courtesy of Toyota of Longview. Stay tuned...

*Dogs must be on a leash, cats in carriers
*Open to residents of Gregg County
*All pets must be at least 8 weeks old and healthy
