✔️ Intro to sport-specific movement patterns and imbalances
✔️ Injury prevention techniques and recovery strategies
✔️ Visualization and breathing tools for performance + focus
✔️ Hands-on assists, mobility drills, and sport-specific flows
✔️ Discussion on scope of practice, ethics, and working with teams
✔️ Certificate of completion (Jamie is YACEP certified)
What to Bring:
- Your yoga mat
- Any props for comfort (block, strap, towel, bolster, etc.)
- An open mind, & heart!
